Brouwerij De Vlier is een kleine artisanale brouwerij uit Holsbeek, nabij Leuven. Ze brouwt het hele jaar door haar Blond bier, de Amber 69, Dark en Saison. Per seizoen wordt ook een specifiek seizoensbier gebrouwen: de 'specials'. Holsbeekse lentetripel, in de zomer Carrousel, Onbekende soldaat in de herfst en zowel Winterstout als Xmas Spicy voor de donkere winterperiode. De naam van onze brouwerij werd ontleend aan haar oorspronkelijke vestigingsplaats, Vlierbeek. Met onze aperitiefbieren (Gulden Delle, Ferme Framboos en Brut) plaatsen we een ferme knipoog naar de wijnbouw, naar analogie met de demi-sec, rosé en brut in de schuimwijnen, cava of champagne. --------------------------------------- Brouwerij De Vlier is a small brewery in Holsbeek.
