It starts on the 'hot' side of the brew with late additions of Columbus and Citra, and finishes with double dry hopping of Columbus, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Lots of Fresh expressions of OG Sour Diesel with Dank Green notes of Blueberry, Mango, Grapefruit Pine, and Apricot. Light bitterness and a light colored full bodied oat and malt grain backbone. Fermented on our Barbarian Yeast to enhance the stone fruit flavors. After blending the barrels it is aged on Whole Fruit Tayberries grown in the Puyallup Valley by Sterino Farms. Tayberries are a cross of Blackberry & Raspberry named after the River Tay in Scotland where they originated. The fruit do not pick easily and cannot be machine harvested. Expect similarities to its parents with a nice rosee delicate intricate sweetness reminiscent of a well made Carbonic Macerated Pinot Noir with fruity soft tannins with similar color & aromas.
