Allowed this one to get older (1 year) than I should have. Still quite interesting. Overloaded with black molasses and raisin and with the amaretto showing up only in the aftertaste, I’m pretty sure this is a different taste profile than intended. Unique.

From 2019, bottle 61/108. RIP, Eurisko! Age has set in a bit (a little creamed corn), but still crisp-ish, nice malt, Belgian profile, dry finish and kick of pepper from the yeast at the end.
