Rarely do you get two waves of aromatics but this definitely has a surface tart apple vanilla note and a more subtle but very retronasal-y farmhouse phenolic band-aid thing. The flavor blends those together and this is crisp, bubbly, and awesome.

Leans into some natty wine territory with notes of gooseberry and passionfruit. Very dry some additional herbalness and a crisp finish emphasizing pomme fruit—more tart pear than sweet apple.

I think this is the driest cider I have ever had. I prefer a non sweet cider but this might be a little too dry? Still good.

One of the better ciders that I have had. Very pure apple flavor. Great balance of tart and sweet.
