It got even better with age. Shame it's my last bottle of this amazing beer from non existent brewery... I can't believe Knops is no more. This is the best wee heavy can get. Deep, nourishing, rich, with a punch of oak.

It matured quite nicely. More malty notes, more liquorice, bit of orange with mellow vanilla. This barrel must have been nice. Once again, I miss Knops.
