Have two bottles from Mullingar Cask Festival, from Tom himself. Did not want to crack one open. Fucking belter. Slightly sour and tartiness and then turns gourmet sweet at the end. Rhubarb is very balanced. This is a thinker's drink! Like a natural wine!
