Minty citrus nose. Bright and citric throughout. Less rindy and more juicy than others. Hopy, but not bitter. Clear golden with a big frothy white head that leaves plenty of lace.

Boozy vanilla, coconut and bourbon nose. Dark and oily with a thin wispy tan head. Very soft carbonation. Flavor is tart coconut and booze. Not much of the base beer showing here.

Burnside does the herbal thing very well. Rosemary and basil are present, and fresh, but do not dominate. Soft carbtakes some of the spikiness off the herbs delivering them in a mellow wash and in even measure with the citrus hops.

Dark brown pour lacking any head. Brown sugar in the nose. Spicy cloves. Boozy and sweet. Nice use of carbonation lends a spritzy finish that cleanses the plate. Heavy, but very good.

Pale amber pour with a big fluffy white head. Plenty of lace. Light bready malt nose with lots of spicy hop character. A much lighter and hoppier Oktoberfest that still doesn't skimp on the malt. Finishes with a zesty stinging spicy hop finish.
