Metsik IDA at 6.7% abv is our classic American IPA brewed with the finest British Pale ale malt and a touch of Munich malt for a deeper grain character  and an orange tinted yellow color. Once in your glass, the hop aromas will not wait to jump at you thanks to a heavy dose of pungent American and Australian hops which we added late in the beer-making process to preserve all the fruity goodness from the essential oils found in the sticky hop resin! In fact, in Metsik IDA we added a combination of 5 amazing hops (Columbus, Chinook, Citra, Vic Secret and Azacca) and most of them as dry-hops at a rate of 10 grams/L. Now look for waves of sweet orange, pink grapefruit, mandarine zest, candied lemon, peach, blueberries, blackcurrant, ripe strawberries, pine cone, mango, honeydew melon,... Kähkukas (translated as Quickie) is our session NEIPA at 4.7% abv. It is one of our most popular beer which we work hard to perfect on each batch. We want this beer to be easy drinking and have all the juiciness and pungent hop aromatics for the perfect mouthfeel and a tropical punch. Aromatics most dominant are pineapple, guava, Mango, Honeydew melon, orange, mandarin, geranium.

Malts: Extra Pale, Flaked Oats and Wheat Malt
Kettle hops: Columbus
Dry-hops: Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic at a combined rate of 12.5 grams/L

Industriaal is an amber colored classic Double IPA with a malt richness/mouthfeel and flavor profile which help to cut through the high bitterness and alcohol intensity to ease of drinking. Malts in this beer are Extra Pale, Munich, Caramalt and Dextrin from Simpsons malts. Yeast is the classic California ale yeast and the beer is hopped with Centennial and Columbus in the boil/kettle and also as a steep in the whirlpool. For dry-hopping there is 11 gr/L of Mosaic, Enigma and a faint of Columbus! Our latest batch 2020020 is a solid one for sure, it includes hop aromatics such as orange, guava, mandarine/clementine, sweet grapefruit, ripe peach, wild strawberry, blueberries, sweet rose... A bit of red apple and ripe pear notes as well. If you find any other interesting aromas whether good or bad let us know. Kämp is our flagship German lager using authentic german pilsner malt and delicate Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Monroe hop varieties which we added in the whirlpool! Kämp looks fantastic in a tall pilsner glass where it displays an almost brilliant clarity, a bright pale yellow color and a beautiful fluffy snow white head. When you see it you want it! The malt and hop character is subtle like in any good pale lager but still you may find notes of white bread, vanilla lemon cake, fresh hay, geranium flowers or something more maybe... In the end, the main idea with Kämp is to give the drinker a soft, dry and easy drinking beer for a refreshing and to thirst quenching moment. With this beer you won't notice the alcohol, you will taste just a touch of bitterness for balance and a moderately high carbonation for crispness in the finish. To enjoy our beer at its best, remember to store Kämp cold at any time (around 4 C and definitely no higher than 12 C) and enjoy it as soon as you can! Kämp should also be served around 6 Celsius. One of the best Estonian Belgian style beer is our Šaht-Matt. It is a very dry beer thanks to the use of Saison yeast and table sugar addition in the kettle (as per the belgian tradition). It is similar to Duvel Belgian Golden Strong ale in abv, mouthfeel and color but the beer is more of a Strong pale saison with more prominent clove and black pepper notes. you can definitely perceive some apple and pear esters and also some unripe apricot and plum character. The yeast is the main driver in this beer. Malts are 90% pilsner with a touch of wheat and dextrin for a bit of body. Cheers! Read Less
