From last night. Another new 500ml bottle from Ross. Great to see Bramley being given the single variety treatment as it works so well as an acid-forward cider. Very clean, but the time in the barrel and bottle has mellowed the more aggressive acidity.🍏

A great cider, tasting even better than at RossFest last year, think this extra 6 months in the bottle is doing wonders for everything. Those Irish whiskey barrels are singing in the bottle now. Dabinett and Bisquet at their best.

I saw Sarah’s post on Twitter about this and couldn’t believe the colour then, picked up a bottle last week at Ross HQ. It’s the palest lemon water colour to any cider I’ve had. Slightly effervescence, a lovely lemony note, citrusy breeze. 🍏
