Showcasing New York ingredients to make truly regional beer, Strong Rope brews and serves hand-crafted ales & lagers at our Brooklyn locations (in Red Hook & Gowanus) and seasonally in the Adirondacks. Strong Rope Brewery is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Jason Sahler and Christina Quintero. As a New York state farm brewery, our approach is to examine what truly regional beer is. We look to explore the capabilities of our regional malt and hops while working directly with our farming partners and the land. We strive to create beers with intention and care and give our ales and lagers a true sense of place.
