Honestly, might be my favorite of the night. It has everything I want in a good dark ale/stout. It’s malty, it’s well balanced with hops and the rye/specialty grains add an amazing aroma/flavor that almost reminds me of holiday spice

Much more indicative of what I’d expect from a Porter. Malty, dark, light body, nice pecan flavor and honey adds a hint of sweetness without over-doing it.

I sincerely don’t know how I feel about this. It’s sweet, I taste the honey and vanilla. It’s dark, but not heavy. Has a strange almost cloying (tangy?) finish. I like it, but couldn’t drink a lot of it.

Initial sip: I don’t like this. I appreciate it for what it is, and don’t think it’s a bad beer, just not for my palate. Weirdly reminds me of the flavor profile of a pepper beer from Horseheads, but without the pepper heat.

Not sure why I wasn’t expecting the darkness to this but I wasn’t. Very rich, dark flavor without being heavy. Malty, but balanced with a nice, light bitterness.

Nice wheat beer. Get a little sweetness from the flaked corn and it’s well balanced by the hops. Very light in the apricot flavor, but adds a nice fruit note.
