First beer in about a week, thanks covid. This is my schwarzbier, has been lagered about 7 weeks now, really hitting great on a rare snow in Raleigh.

Latest batch of my homegrown cascade hopped Grisette. Drinking really nice after a bit of aging. Nice moderate saison character. Soft malt. Hops add a nice compliment of earthy, floral, mild citrus.

Crazy I bottled this 3 years ago. It's drinking fantastic. Still an excellent blueberry fruitiness, almost red wine like. Tart and funky. Effervescent carb but in check. This has aged great.

Kicked the keg on the GAS group brew. Coconut definitely more present towards the end of the keg, perhaps the oils were sitting near the top. Enjoyable, look forward to the next brew of this.

Been in the keg right at 2 months. It's drinking fantastic, really scratches the hop and lager itch in the best way.

Latest batch of bourbon oak aged Barleywine. Took forever to carb but it's pouring fantastic now. Sweet caramel and raisin, forward oak that's balanced, and a sweet and rich bourbon character. Gotta bottle this to let it age.

Zane Oliver: Yeah I still owe y'all the omega points. Can throw some of these in too. Oak is just a touch sharp but drinks great otherwise.
