Two sips in, I had to go back to the label because I was tasting overripe passion fruit. Cha-ching! That explains it. Works conceptually, and I would call it a hybrid IPA sour. Refreshing as the rain falling here right now. 🍻

Fruited IPAs not my typical liking but this works pretty well for the category: passionfruit is prominent and juicy, lending a significant jammy, earthy base to Motueka’s inherent earthiness and candied lime.
