Possessed To Skate

Once again, our brand new beer - Possessed To Skate, was inspired by a favourite band.
It's a New England Style IPA, brewed with Oats and Wheat for a silky and soft body.
We used Mosaic in the kettle to get some balanced bitterness, then whirlpoooled with Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic & Nectaron for more complex flavor and aroma.
And at the end we dry hopped it with copious amount of Nectaron to get the best of it.
A little backstory on the Nectaron hop and why we're so excited about this beer release.
Nectaron comes from New Zealand and provides an intense mix of distinctive pineapple, stone fruit, and citrus profiles that lend itself perfectly to our IPA. The fruity notes play well among the already tantalizing citrus and fruit notes from the combo Citra, Mosaic + El Dorado brethren. Show Less
