3rd beer from my flight is a really nice scotch ale. Malty, bready, a little sweet w/dried stone fruit like raisins, and hints of roasty, smoky notes. Or is the roasty, smoky notes from the fire? Either way I’m a fan. I’m liking this brewery so far.
