Il Rubus Ideaus ( comunemente noto con il nome di lampone) è l'attore protagonista di questa birra. La birra di partenza è la Duchessa, a cui vengono aggiunti lamponi freschi (100 grammi / litro). I frutti rossi innescano una fermentazione selvatica che conferisce alla birra un carattere unico, con un'acidità piuttosto spiccata ben equilibrata dai profumi di frutto di bosco.

this beer.
The starting beer is Duchessa, added with
100 grams per liter of rasberries.
These small red fruits start a new wild
fermentation that gives the beer a unique
