Soul Bond IPA

Y'all are in for a treat. Back in 2017 we brewed our very first iteration of this beer, called Dragon's Breath IPA. A friend of an employee grew a pepper he called a Dragon's Breath Pepper, or at the time, the hottest pepper in the world. The beer did not disappoint, especially fans of all things spicy.

2021 comes around and it's time for another iteration of our Dragon's Breath IPA. Spicy is good, but too spicy equals out-of-date kegs. Our beer was missing that sweet character which usually helps subdue the burn and make the pepper flavor pop.

So we give you Soul Bond Double IPA. Brewed with malted barley, wheat and a ton of Citra hops. We added Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava puree and fermented to a bold 9% ABV. The fermented beer was passed through 6 pounds of habaneros for a slight heat and beautiful pepper flavor.
