Kölsch

Kölsch is an ale/lager hybrid beer originating from the city of Köln (Cologne), Germany. Our take on this beer is brewed with specialty Köln malt and Hallertau hops and a yeast strain unique to this style. Kölsch is fermented at cool ale temperature and then cold lagered to produce a beer with subtle fruit esters and a clean malty finish. Bohemian Brewery’s Kölsch is filtered for a brilliant golden blonde presentation and served the traditional manner in a .3 liter stange (shtung-ə) glass. Show Less
