Imperial Stout aged 17 months in "Specialty" Ten-Year Barrels • 16% ABV • Rickhouse aromatics lead into layers of raisin, late Autumn leaves, and oak on the palate. This beer is big and silky but not sticky sweet — the body is here to hold the booze; there’s not an ounce of fat. At 16% ABV, there’s a spark of fire on the exhale, but you’ll draw baker’s chocolate, soft leather, and bitter English toffee on the reverse.
