Lovely. A little mineral character and a decent bit of citrus but it’s just a soft, delicious bottle that I really want to revisit in a couple years.

When in Rome, it’s slightly better out of the bottle, but really looking forward to what this beer will become in 5-10 years

Taken and enjoyed with a foie gras turchon - both excellent. Very pleased to now have tried this on draft twice. Green and red grape, nice sweet white wine, peach juice, light floral, and some melon in the body. Really enjoyed the funk in this one. 4.6
