Funky, cheesy, and green. Most are put off by the aroma. For me, it's what one might call an acquired taste. Unique most definitely.

Wow this one is crazy. Sour and funky up front, quickly turns to earrhy cheese, good cheese, not too stinky, but definitely cheese. Herbal and citrus on the finish

Dude its green! Funky aromas - someone said blue cheese and they’re spot on. Flavor is of grass - not fresh cut lawn, but like wild grass, all green and full of bitter grass shit. I love it!

Light to start, then grassy. Funkier as it warms, though not the flavor of funk I usually dig. The green color alone is worth the price of admission, though. Someone else said bleu cheese bouquet, and I can't unsmell it now. Accurate.

Funky lime green color with a lacy foamed head. Light bodied, earthy, grassy mild and subtle tart, fruit and spices.
