Opera Cream Stout

We’re Celebrating one of Cincinnati’s favorite beers and desserts, with the return of The BonBonerie’s Opera Cream Stout. A dessert-like sweet stout that starts as a delicious milk stout made up of chocolate and caramel malts, we then add Lactose and hops to give the beer a sweet finish and full mouthfeel. Before completion, we finish this with the addition of BonBonerie’s Proprietary Opera Cream Coffee beans roasted by 7 Hills after fermentation. At only 5.5%, this confectionery treat boasts milk chocolate, sweet cream, and bright vanilla characteristics making it perfect celebration of one of Cincinnati’s Favorites! Show Less
