2017 vintage mellowed quite a bit smooth malt caramel bourbon with some creamy sweetness. The burn from the high abv was completely gone

This beer is totally changed when aged. This is a 7 year old aged beer. Super smooth! A bit creamy, but notes of chocolate. Bourbon taste and malt remain. 2017 vintage. Burn from high abv mellowed out completely.
