Contrasting elements of bright orchard fruits & nutty oak via a surprisingly zippy effervescence that helps avoid heavily sweet or overly earthy sherry. While caramel nougat teases the nose, a refreshing sort of sparkling strawberry bounces on the palate.

Shane: It's too bad they had to lay so many off, this is one of the most complex yet drinkable lambics I've ever had. Absolutely crushable for how much is going on. Beautiful brew.
