Bost-ale

Bost-Ale is based on Pale Ale recipes of the 80’s. A light Amber beer with an alcohol percentage of 5,8 ABV. The base of Pale Malt and adding hops in different phases while boiling (late-hopping) gives this beer his character. Typical for a pale ale; dry but full flavors from the malt. Pleasant and balanced aromas of the hops with a slightly spicy bitterness in the finish. Simplicity and balance are key! Bosteels Brewery put his own accent on the brewing process of this pale ale by adding a refermentation on the bottle. Because of this second fermentation we added more support on the hop- and malt aromas! Show Less
