Nice beer to age and bring out on random occasions. Slightly sour, barrel aged process makes it a smooth sip, not overly boozy, some fig/raisin notes. Good bang for the buck.

BOD= Jul 2018. Held up fairly well. Very dark… straight up brown. Just a hint of tan foam. Mild aroma with a hint of soy sauce. Tart, lactic sour with just a hint of dark bready malt. Interesting.
