Adriaen Brouwer Winter Wood 2018

For several years now, Brewery Roman has had the tradition of brewing a New Year’s limited edition beer. For the 2018 edition, our brewers were inspired by the cosiness and warmth of a wood fire and have used oak from whisky barrels to give the beer a subtle oakiness. This has created a well-balanced, beautifully dark brown, top-fermented beer in which the flavours of caramel and dried fruit perfectly meld with the soft, velvety finish of the whisky wood.
