ART+76 Double Philly Sour IPA

We present our latest work, the result of cooperation with the Folkingebrew brewery. Imagine the abundance of ripe, aromatic raspberries that with the first sip will transport you to a summer garden full of fruit. For those who are not afraid of the sweet side, we have added a large share of lactose, giving the beer a smooth, creamy texture that goes perfectly with the fruity bouquet. But it is not everything. In the brewing process, we used the maximum portion of Citra hops in the concentrated form Lupomax, added to the whirlpool. During fermentation, we used philly sour yeast, thanks to which we managed to obtain a beer with a very clean and fruity sourness.

Przedstawiamy nasze najnowsze dzieło, wynik współpracy z browarem Folkingebrew. Wyobraź sobie bogactwo dojrzałych, aromatycznych malin, które pierwszym łykiem przenoszą Cię do letniego ogrodu pełnego owoców. Dla tych, którzy nie boją się słodkiej strony mocy, dodaliśmy spory udział laktozy, nadając piwu gładką, kremową teksturę, która doskonale komponuje się z owocowym bukietem. Ale to nie wszystko. W procesie warzenia zastosowaliśmy maksymalną porcję chmielu Citra w postaci skoncentrowanej Lupomax, dodanej do whirlpoola. Podczas fermentacji wykorzystaliśmy drożdże zakwaszające philly sour, dzięki czemu udało nam się uzyskać piwo o bardzo czystej i owocowej kwaśności. Show Less
