Excellent couple of pints to accompany the rugby last night! Not a style I would have gone for in the past but very glad I gave it a go. Really liked this and sad to see them questioning their future as a brewery.

New mild to me. Dark brown with quite a bitter burnt toffee malt flavour. Dryish malty finish. 50cl bottle conditioned but very effervescent. My score 15/20.

Says no longer in production but that’s not true 😃 Brewery open, it’s the tap house that’s closed! Enjoyed this - not a style I’m massively familiar with but one I would have more of. Smooth and malty. Beer much better than the rugby accompanying it
