Funny one this. Completely flat (which I like but some won’t) and pretty thin. But the zippy fruit boozy flavour is ruddy delicious. Enjoyed every sip. Hope Canopy roll out some more such experimentation.

Subtly sweet nose - where cognac meets yeast? Slight tickle of alcohol too. Honey like as it rolls over the tongue. Warming at the very back. Cognac is softened, and disguises yeasty tones. Smooth, light, honey like… Mead, anyone? Lol. It’s devilry! 😍
