Bourbon and wine barrels with Bing cherries. This first (of 8!) is wonderful off the bat. Smooth medium body that's bursting with flavor. Noticeably tart but not acidic on the tongue. Deep, rich, sweet profile. It's truly exceptionally well balanced.
