This is an early 2019 release, aged about 2.5 years. The range of fruit flavors and vinous spark are a bit more subdued now in comparison, but it has a bright refreshing finish and remains a suitable entry for #VinousVednesday.

Wine beer hybrid, a little more on the wine side with more grape skins - higher tannins than most hybrids. I enjoyed quite a bit

Another entry in CM's wine-like beer series. Has been over one year since trying this on draft, aging well in the bottle. Vinous but in the way of a light sparkling wine. Grape flavor but also hints and sparks of berries, melon and sweeter fruits.

Eric Chase: Darren R. CM's pizza spot I think still keeps some of these older bottles. Hope you'll get to visit again when this all passes. Stay well!

Nice lightly tart mixed ferment. Great fruit notes with a great funkiness on the aroma.

Nice fuschia color and grape overtones with hint of sweet tarts. Low acidity. Lovely unique drinker. Zero tannins and plenty of glorious bright fruit. Raspberry but without the tarty tart. Very mild mixed culture character

Not as wine-like as I was expecting; perhaps it has dropped off over time. Easy drinking.
