Lots of Central Waters on tap in this area. I still don’t think this is a great red ale. Kind of has a neutral flavor and lacks a prominent maltiness. It’s fine but Ouisconsing is better.

Nothing really on the nose. Taste is light, crisp with sweeter malts. I do get some bitter notes as well. To me this almost tastes like an amber light. It's good.
