Mineral sour zesty nose. Medium carb. Juicy stone fruit, apricot, peach up front with a pithy proper sour end. Buttery body. Long dry finish. Absolutely superb now it's mellowed out. Shame it's my last.

A big whiff of grapefruit at first obscures apricots, almonds and their stones, hints of the barn. A lot of body - almost fruit nectar-like. Layers of stone fruit with a persistent sour note running through. Good flavours very well juxtaposed.
