Mosaic Function

Using an assortment of varieties, we set out to find the Function of Mosaic. We started off with our TIPA base loaded with oats and wheat before an all mosaic hop bill using Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Lupomax, and Mosaic T-90s. Mosaic function pours deep yellow with aromas of tropical yuzu, citrus, apricot, and forest with pronounced flavors of assorted citrus, papaya, green skittles, blueberry skins and the faintest whisp of pine.
