2012 vintage. Light Sherry in aroma plays well with dark Fruit notes of cherry. Tons of cocoa, with substantial roast and light acidity.
Bar Czar: A bit of heat remains. Aged superbly. Can't imagine it'll get better, but will find out what happens with a 2013 in 2 years.
