Playing off the refreshing and subtle notes of ripe honeydew our beers often exhibit, the idea to referment this barrel aged saison with a variety of melons seemed too felicitous to ignore. Created with ingredients farmed in the Pacific Northwest. Fermented with our house blend of wild and feral yeasts and bacterias.
