Anthesis 2024 honors the Earth and the celebration of spring renewal with every part of the beer. The beer pours an earthy copper-brown. The warm aroma is led by the bittering herbal additions of sage and rosemary with hints of lemon, spruce, and ginger. The mouthfeel is full but light; mirroring the juxtaposition of the herbal savoriness of the rosemary and sage with the brightness of ginger, spruce, and lemon. You will feel like you should be drinking Anthesis 2024 at a 13th century European country house, and that is just what we were looking to create to honor the agricultural history of fermented beverages and the celebration of the spring equinox.
