Another late check-in from last week when I was in SoCal. I’m generally a sucker for anything that’s barrel aged by Firestone Walker. This didn’t resonate with me as much as some of their others like Parabola and Stickee Monkee. It’s still good though.

Really cool to try this new batch 11 years after B1 release, which was just tequila barrel-aged, as opposed to this one which includes brandy and bourbon, too. Ever so present tequila peat, nice roast, cacao, mild sweetness. Decent body for the style.
