Lager Life : Maibock

Brewed in a traditional style with a combination of heritage Weyermann Barke malts (Pilsner, Vienna and Munich)along with a touch of caramel and honey malts, hopped firmly with locally grown Willamette and fermented with a yeast that originated in Berlin. After lagering for 6 weeks, our Maibock was ready to go the last week in April, as per tradtition. Expect a clear golden pour, highlighted by a floral hop and bready malt aromas. The palette is clean with notes of honey and toasted bread with a subtle malt sweetness that is well balanced by a clean, mildly floral hop presence. Show Less
