COMPELLING ARGUMENT

This is one of our favourite sours that we have done in recent years so we thought it was well worth a revisit. This is a delicious dessert style sour that is loaded up heavily with peach, raspberry and high quality vanilla from Madagascar. The intent with this beer is to be rich and smooth with the acidity playing the role of balance therefore is slightly lower on the acidity scale. A very protein heavy malt bill and a healthy lactose addition create a extrememly thick, luscious body that really enhance the desert qualities of this beer. Show Less
