Strata-Blaster Double IPA

We started with a lusciously soft grain bill that included Pilsner, flaked and malted oats and raw wheat; then utilized Strata at every chance we could!! This included the whirlpool and three separate dry-hops for a total of over 100 pounds in the entire batch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the end result. From across the room this beer emits wave after wave of overly-ripe peach flesh, dank sticky nugs, Chenin Blanc wine grapes and powdery strawberry marshmallows. The aromatics are all wrapped up and rounded out with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and low bitterness that encourage you to keep sipping! Show Less
