2016 vintage. Seems to have aged well. Plenty of Brett but still quite smooth at first. Little bit of a boozy aftertaste. Still delicious. Seems 19th Century brewers were ahead of their time.

Cracked from a cellar from Beer W. , can’t miss the underripe raspberry character from Brett, but doesn’t over beat you, superb froth & creaminess, hints of dried plum, dry finish, easy drinking with complexity
