None the Weisser

Straw colored German Weisse beer, brewed with a complex mash schedule called a maltase mash, whose purpose is to drastically increase isoamyl, which is perceived as banana. Brewed in collaboration with Jack's Abbey, Fermentis, and HVG with imported Pilsner and Wheat malts, hopped with HVG selected Hallertau Tradition and Mandarina Bavaria hops, and fermented with Fermentis W-68 yeast, None the Weisser is full bodied and cloudy with a pillowy white head and wonderfuly sticky lacing. The fermentation profile is banana and vanilla cream, mandarin, tangerine zest, and a little hint of sulfur. Show Less
