Met with some cool folks at Cantillon earlier that day and to top the 10 year vertical we tried the first ever Tilquin bottle. Funk. Very oak forward. Some fruitiness. Bone dry. Poured by Pierre himself, and I forgot to take a proper picture of this one

Surprisingly fresh, citric and sherbety. Not exactly how I would imagine 10 year old Gueuze to taste. Still some funk there, for sure. The carb is great considering the age. Really great!
