Barley King 2023

The top fermenting ale was made with the double mashing technique. We have used the best ingredients from England in the terms of pale, biscuit, aromatic and dark crystal malts. In addition, we have used noble hops and an English ale yeast strain. After bottling, the beer was stored at cellar temperature for at least six months for further aroma and flavor development.

Based on the success of the first batch we brewed a second batch with even more malt in the grain bill, boosting the alcohol percentage to 13.5%.
