Thanks to Ryan Browne this beer gets weirder every year. What holds true is its intense focus on Citra, one of hop farming’s niftiest tricks. Some years back, we moved the yeast to London 3 to plump it up, and it’s served this beer well. The beer LANDS. Strawberry and cream set on pillows on top of pillows. While bone dry IPAs have a foothold in the sensory moonscape of Half Acre, big, plush blooms of flavor like this, have a big bunk in our little hostel.
