Some years back, we moved the yeast to London 3 to plump it up, and it’s served this beer well. The beer LANDS. Strawberry and cream set on pillows on top of pillows. While bone dry IPAs have a foothold in the sensory moonscape of Half Acre, big, plush blooms of flavor like this, have a big bunk in our little hostel.
