This actually aged beautifully. That hotness from when it was fresh is gone and its smooth, lightly sweet with spices to round out the finish. More of a 4.3 4.4.

Opened this as a cellar-clearing exercise. Expected a drain pour after 6 years on the shelf. But it’s surprisingly good. Smooth. Ginger is still present , but mellowed.
