Fantasma Fresca

Fantasma Fresca has emerged from years of slumber at our Palace of Barrels! Blending a years-old, barrel-aged, sour strawberry ale with a portion of 2020’s oyster biere de garde, Umbo, created a tart, sparkling beer with hints of oak, vanilla, strawberry, and a faint hint of salinity. As you slowly sip this strong 7.59% ale, molecules of locally-sourced malt, strawberries, and oysters tumble across your tongue as timelessly as the rolling golden Sonoma County hills in the background.
